The meeting organizer is a member of the club who is designated ahead of time to make sure his particular meeting goes smoothly.
Before the meeting, the organizer's responsibilities are
- arranging for members to submit screenplays and treatments for evaluation and reading and making certain the works are in fact submitted.
- selecting evaluators
- selecting performers for the reading
During the meeting, the organizer's responsibilities are
- opening the meeting
- conducting all meeting business
- designating an organizer for the next meeting
