Meeting Organizer

The meeting organizer is a member of the club who is designated ahead of time to make sure his particular meeting goes smoothly.

Before the meeting, the organizer's responsibilities are

  1. arranging for members to submit screenplays and treatments for evaluation and reading and making certain the works are in fact submitted.
  2. selecting evaluators
  3. selecting performers for the reading

During the meeting, the organizer's responsibilities are

  1. opening the meeting
  2. conducting all meeting business
  3. designating an organizer for the next meeting
